Information Security Access Analyst

Manage security permissions for Scotiabank accounts and applications while supporting access issues across the bank’s supported environments. English fluency is required.

As an Information Security Analyst, you will maintain user, group, and access-level memberships under Bank policies. You will support business users, investigate account and application access issues, and provide management with analysis. The work also includes ticket documentation, stakeholder updates, process improvement, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add, delete, and change user memberships and access levels
• Resolve permission issues through professional business support
• Investigate application and account access issues
• Manage tickets, documentation, closures, and KPI standards
• Collaborate on automation and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent
• One or more years of technical work experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• English fluency; Spanish fluency is an asset
• Technical designations such as Security+ are assets
