Information Technology Analyst

The Opportunity

As an Information Technology Analyst , you will provide helpdesk support and assist with infrastructure management for our Saskatoon and Regina offices.

Training will be provided; however, preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting a legal environment and a strong understanding of networking and systems infrastructure. This position may require occasional after-hours and weekend work, including emergency support when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 3-5 years of IT helpdesk experience supporting 100+ end users
• Cisco CCNA and/or Fortinet NSE certifications
• Experience with endpoint management and cloud-based systems
• Experience supporting Windows workstations and servers, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS
• Strong security-focused mindset and working knowledge of security best practices
• Excellent understanding of change management principles and process documentation
