Job Title: Processor Specialist / IT Asset Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (100% Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Duration: Contract

We are looking for a Processor Specialist / IT Asset Specialist to support Finance Operations and IT Asset Management activities. This role combines finance coordination, procurement support, hardware asset tracking, and employee onboarding/offboarding support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance operations inbox, invoicing, supplier setup, and AP support
• Handle hardware inventory, asset tracking, tagging, and deployments
• Support onboarding/offboarding by coordinating employee devices and asset returns
• Process purchase requests, POs, and inventory reporting
• Coordinate telecom/mobile device program activities and billing support
• Manage ticketing systems, support mailbox, E-waste, and loaner device programs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, IT asset management, or operations support
• Experience with hardware deployment, inventory management, onboarding/offboarding, or procurement
• Familiarity with MS Office, ticketing systems, and asset management tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 15kg/30lbs
