Information Technology Engineer

IT Engineer | £40,000 - £45,000 + Company Bonus | Hybrid | MSP

This role offers a varied technical environment where you'll help design, improve and support business-critical infrastructure while driving efficiencies through scripting and automation. The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organisation's core IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing network and systems environments. Working closely with technical teams across the business, you'll contribute to infrastructure projects, cloud adoption and ongoing automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise LAN infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing technologies including OSPF and BGP.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python or Bash.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvement and cloud migration projects.
• Maintain system security, performance and availability.
• Produce technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively across infrastructure and IT teams to deliver technical projects.
