Information Technology Intern

About the Role

CAA's London offices will welcome a group of new interns to join the world's leading global sports and entertainment agency. The paid, full-time 12-week programme runs from 1 February to 23 April 2027 and is designed to help interns develop a career in an industry they are passionate about. Interns work full time for the duration of the programme at one of the London offices, supporting a variety of projects within their assigned department. The Tech department, which provides service desk support to all EU and APAC regions and acts as the primary point of contact for the engineering teams, hosts one such internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a variety of projects within the assigned department.
• Conduct research in support of departmental projects.
• Provide general support to the wider team.
• Carry out administrative and data entry tasks.
• Take calls on the service desk, resolving or triaging issues and escalating them to the relevant tech teams.
• Gain exposure to product management, including product evaluation and the implementation of new systems or product releases.
• Explore CAA's infrastructure, including network, video conferencing and file systems.
• Develop an understanding of data analytics and the application development architecture running CAA's bespoke applications.
• Observe the Tech strategy implemented across CAA's international offices.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Strong administrative, communication and organisational skills.
• A proven passion for and knowledge of the desired field.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach with enthusiasm for building a career at CAA.
• Availability to work full time for the duration of the programme at one of the London offices.

Workplace

• Full-time internship based at one of CAA's London offices.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm.

Salary

Paid at the London Living Wage.
