Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager – Retail - £65K - £70K

Our multi-site retail client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering impactful technology change to join them as the embark upon a significant transformation programme that spans a multinational market.

We’re looking for a collaborative and driven project professional to lead key transformation initiatives across our group portfolio. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, working with stakeholders across the business to improve customer experience, operational performance and business value.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver cross-functional IT and business transformation projects
• Manage project plans, risks, budgets and timelines
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
• Work with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Support Agile and Lean delivery practices
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery frameworks

What we’re looking for:

• Experience delivering technology-enabled change projects
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing budgets and project governance
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable
• Retail, hospitality or leisure sector experience advantageous

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum + Benefits

Location: West London (4 days per week required on site)
