Ministry of Technology & Innovation seeks a Senior PM to lead 4 high-priority digital transformation projects:

  • GRIK Initiative – natural gas royalty-in-kind systems (MRIS, Petrinex, CARS)
  • BRIK Regulatory Backstop – legacy royalty system modernization
  • EHRP Modernization – hydrocarbon recovery program streams

Must Have

  • 4+ yrs PM experience with ADX Studio & CRM Dynamics → Power Apps/Dataverse migrations
  • 8+ yrs defining project scope with business stakeholders
  • 8+ yrs managing multiple projects concurrently
  • 8+ yrs as PM on large complex custom software projects

Nice to Have

  • Budget forecasting & management (3 yrs)
  • Stakeholder facilitation (3 yrs)
  • Mandated/legislated projects (3 yrs)
