Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Enterprise Technology Transformation

Location: North York, ON

Duration: 12 Months Contract with Possible Extensions

Work Model: Hybrid

Travel: As required


We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead complex enterprise technology transformation programs involving multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, and vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, and delivery

• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and vendors

• Coordinate multiple project teams and cross-functional stakeholders

• Provide executive-level reporting and manage escalations

• Ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations


Requirements:

• 10+ years of project/program management experience

• Strong enterprise technology transformation experience

• Expertise in program governance, financials, risk/dependency management, and vendor management

• Strong leadership and executive communication skills

• Experience with cloud, ERP, application modernization, or integrations preferred

• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
