• - Area of Experience: Enterprise Network Administration, System Administration, Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switch Administration, Data Center Networking, LAN/WAN Management, VLAN Configuration & Management, Inter-VLAN Routing, HSRP, vPC (Virtual Port Channel), STP, EtherChannel, 10G Fibre Infrastructure, Fortinet Firewall Administration, VPN & SD-WAN, Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, VMware ESXi & vCenter Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, Backup & Disaster Recovery, IT Infrastructure Monitoring, Network Security, Cloud Administration (Azure/AWS)
• - Company Type: Any reputable IT Company, ISP, Software House, Financial Institution, Manufacturing Company, Healthcare Organization, Corporate IT Department
• Certifications:
• - Fortinet FCSS Network Security (or NSE 4/5/7 depending on candidate) VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) ITIL Foundation AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (Preferred)
• Additional Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure.
• Strong experience managing Cisco Nexus Core Switches and Cisco Catalyst 3850/9300 Access Switches.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, Inter-VLAN Routing, HSRP, vPC, STP, EtherChannel, and 10G Fibre connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewalls, Security Policies, NAT, VPNs, SD-WAN, IPS, Web Filtering, and Routing.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Static Routing, ACLs, and Network Security.
• Experience managing VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, Virtual Networking, and Storage.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Servers, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Nakivo, Acronis, or similar).
