Short Overview Of What You'll Do

• Oversee daily Service Desk operations and ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and enterprise application issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns while helping strengthen the team’s technical capabilities.
• Improve IT support processes, procedures, documentation, and escalation protocols.
• Manage IT assets, monitor enterprise systems, and support technology upgrades and deployments.
