Information Technology Support Technician

Our client is a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 100 businesses across Suffolk and Essex . They provide a broad range of IT services and are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their technical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
- Support and administer Microsoft 365
- Monitor and manage devices using NinjaOne RMM
- Provide support for VoIP telephony systems
- Assist with client projects, installations and IT upgrades
- Deliver a high level of customer service to clients
What They're Looking For
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of networking
- Previous MSP experience preferred, but not essential
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
