Information Technology Training Manager

Our client is a leading organisation within the insurance sector and is looking for a Business Systems Training Lead to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of business systems training, working across the organisation to improve user capability, support technology change and introduce AI-enabled learning solutions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in systems or technology training, ideally within insurance
• Strong knowledge of business applications, processes and learning delivery
• Experience developing training strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans
• Experience leading or coordinating a training function
• Interest in applying AI to enhance learning and user support
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organisation
• Experience producing management or executive-level reporting
