Overview

As an InfoWorks ICM expert, you guide customers to adopt and optimize ICM across IT and engineering perspectives. You act as a trusted technical advisor, driving high-value conversations and shaping a strategy for customer success. You’ll enable, coach, and analyze customer needs, leveraging scripting and AI to boost adoption. This role blends technical leadership with customer engagement, collaborating across sales, development, and engineering to maximize impact in water projects.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor
  • Collate and analyze customer conversations to identify actions that improve the ICM experience
  • Create value by advancing ICM usage; promote adoption through expert coaching
  • Develop and deliver coaching on model building, data calibration, model application, and IT strategy (including cloud)
  • Promote expertise externally via social media, webinars, conferences, and events
  • Provide technical assistance and data-driven recommendations to customers
  • Identify and improve self-serve materials to drive adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, sales, product, strategy) and demonstrate thought leadership
  • Travel as required to meet customers or attend events
  • Grow knowledge across the Autodesk Water portfolio, especially asset management
  • Utilize scripting and AI as core components of customer enablement
Key requirements
  • Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM in a commercial setting
  • Demonstrable scripting experience within ICM
  • Degree in Technical, Engineering or Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with cloud environments
  • Expertise in other water modelling products
  • Consulting experience or technical project delivery with large customers
