Infra Engineering Manager: Secure Cloud & Platform Ops

SiXworks seeks an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to balance people leadership with hands‑on delivery across cloud, networking, platforms & servers, end‑user compute, scripting and ITIL‑based service management in secure environments. You will line‑manage engineers, develop their skills, set objectives and ensure delivery aligns with business needs.

Your role includes recruitment and onboarding, coaching and mentoring, driving capacity planning with the Operations team, contributing to
