Overview

In this role, you lead the delivery of AI-ready infrastructure for large enterprises, guiding hybrid cloud and on-prem systems to support ML, GenAI, and HPC workloads. You will work with CIO/CTO and AI leadership to shape secure, scalable GPU platforms and AI compute architectures across multiple environments. You manage cross-functional delivery teams from consulting to implementation, ensuring end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale AI infrastructure programs. This is a chance to influence how organizations adopt AI-ready infrastructure at scale, within Accenture’s Digital Core Reinvention practice.

Responsibilities
  • Design and lead delivery of AI-ready infrastructure platforms for ML, GenAI, and HPC workloads
  • Define AI compute architectures across on-prem, colocation, and cloud environments
  • Develop secure, scalable, and cost-efficient GPU platforms to support training, fine-tuning, and inference
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, delivery management, and engineering to plan, analyze, design, test, and deploy large-scale transformations
Key requirements
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience
  • Ability to engage CIO/CTO and AI leadership teams
  • Experience leading distributed architecture and engineering teams
  • Commercial awareness and business case development capability
  • Infrastructure design, build, and management experience across datacenter, networks, compute, storage; cloud migrations and lifecycle management
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security/resilience (DR, HA, Backup & Recovery)
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix) and container platforms (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKS)
  • Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, Python)
  • Demonstrable GPU-based infrastructure design, NVIDIA AI ecosystem, CUDA, AI training/inference environments
  • HPC infrastructure and AI workload scheduling
