Infrastructure Cloud Engineer

In this role you will design, implement and optimize enterprise-scale cloud environments to support critical operations around the clock. You will work in a complex, multi-site setting to shape cloud strategy, improve security, and drive automation in collaboration with operations, security, and technical teams. You will build secure, scalable Azure infrastructure, support business-critical services, and contribute to cloud transformation initiatives. • Design and support Microsoft Azure cloud environments
• Build highly available, scalable and secure infrastructure platforms
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation solutions
• Manage cloud networking, security, identity and access management
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability
• Support disaster recovery, backup and business continuity planning
• Drive security improvements and cloud governance initiatives
• Optimize cloud spend and infrastructure performance
• Produce technical documentation, standards and operational procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations and security teams on strategic projects

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance best practices
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of networking principles including DNS, VPNs and virtual networking
• Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux server environments
