Infrastructure Developer

In this role, you fuse software engineering with large-scale infrastructure to build production-grade Python services and automation. You’ll create API-driven, self-service capabilities that reduce manual processes and connect diverse infra environments. You’ll design CMDB-backed data models and integrations across compute, networking, storage, and cloud, enabling automated provisioning and lifecycle management. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex automation challenges at scale. This is an opportunity to own critical automation in a technically advanced environment.

• Build production-grade services and automation primarily in Python
• Design REST APIs and integration layers across infrastructure platforms
• Develop CMDB services, schemas and infrastructure data models
• Create event-driven automation workflows and self-service capabilities
• Integrate vendor and internal APIs across compute, networking, storage and cloud
• Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, security and application engineering teams

• Strong commercial Python software development experience
• FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic and PostgreSQL exposure
• Excellent REST API design and systems integration knowledge
• Experience modeling complex infrastructure or configuration data
• Knowledge across at least two areas: networking, storage, bare metal, virtualization or cloud
• Kubernetes or cloud-native engineering experience
• Background building automation for large, complex technology environments
• Experience with CMDB platforms, network automation, event-driven architectures, Terraform, Ansible or high-performance infrastructure would be valuable
