Overview
In this role you will own the core IT infrastructure and provide senior on‑premises support while collaborating with a Cloud Engineer on Azure and Microsoft 365. You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, drive investigations and permanent remediation, and contribute to projects around upgrades, security, DR, and resilience within a regulated financial services environment. The position offers ownership and impact in a collaborative tech team at a socially purposeful, growth‑oriented company.

- Own and support core IT infrastructure (on‑prem)
- Provide senior technical support and act as escalation point for complex incidents
- Lead investigations, root‑cause analysis and permanent remediation
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, platform upgrades and security improvements
- Drive disaster recovery, operational resilience, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineer on Azure and Microsoft 365 initiatives
- Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
- Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V and Veeam
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
- Networking knowledge and FortiGate firewalls
- Security technologies experience
- PowerShell and automation experience (advantageous)
- Experience within financial services (advantageous)
