Overview

In this role you will support and maintain EUC services, ensure secure, cost-effective operation, and collaborate across teams to integrate new services while retiring legacy systems. You will handle incidents, monitor uptime, and drive improvements to deliver a reliable, customer-focused service. You’ll work within an agile environment to align with Thales’ mission of secure technology and digital resilience. Responsibilities
  • Run EUC services professionally to deliver secure, cost-effective operations and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to incidents and requests within SLA for EUC services and related tasks
  • Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and manage call queues per IS charter
  • Follow EUC, change, service desk, CSOC, and project processes; participate in post-mortems and change meetings
  • Troubleshoot service issues; represent EUC at incident post mortems and change meetings
  • Monitor EUC system uptime and collaborate with IS teams to maximize live service uptime
  • Report serious security or service issues and maintain professional interactions
  • Maintain up-to-date technical service documentation
  • Commission new services and retire old ones with service operations lead; represent at operational acceptance meetings
  • Identify technical capability gaps and develop training plans for support staff
  • Escalate and report data protection, backup, data restoration, and compatibility issues; coordinate with EUC infrastructure specialists to resolve
  • Perform other duties as required by the Infrastructure Platforms Manager
  • Typical routines include monitoring EUC services, prioritising issues, agile collaboration, running run and project work, handling requests, generating KPI reports, training, vulnerability response, and meeting notes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor degree and at least 5 years in industry
  • Security clearance required
  • Effective communication across levels
  • Collaborative mindset and team leadership by example
  • Customer-focused attitude and motivation to improve user experience
  • SCCM current branch administration and task sequencing
  • Group Policy administration (GPMC) troubleshooting and configuration
  • Application packaging for physical and VDI desktops using SCCM and App Volumes
