In this role you will design, maintain, and enhance client infrastructure in a Windows-centric environment. You will work with a small, dynamic team in Central London, providing proactive support, ensuring systems remain accessible and well managed. The role emphasizes delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure and acting as an escalation point for complex issues. You will contribute to cloud migrations and security-focused projects, shaping client environments for stable operations.

Key requirements
  • Strong background in 3rd line IT support and infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, subnetting, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with enterprise networking and security platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows client environments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and cloud migrations
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, and security best practices
  • Proven track record of technical project delivery
  • Office 365 experience
  • MSP experience desirable
