Infrastructure Engineer - Azure & 2nd-Line IT Support

Informed Solutions, based in Altrincham, England, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Corporate Technology Services team. You will provide 1st/2nd line support across UK sites and contribute to cloud-based platform evolution and user experience improvements.

We're looking for candidates with 2–4 years of service desk experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows environments.
