Job Title: BMC Server Automation Operations

Location: London, UK

Hybrid Mode -3 days work from office

This is Fixed term contract role

Required Experience -5+ years

Area: Compute - Windows/VHS

Role Summary

Provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable.

Technical Skills: BladeLogic, TSSA, NSH, PowerShell, RBAC

Preferred Skills : Enterprise-scale operations experience, stakeholder management, automation mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
