Overview

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, plan, and implement Zoom UCaaS and NICE CXOne solutions for a greenfield equities trading platform. You’ll join a skilled, global team, guiding voice and video infrastructure across the organization. Expect to troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge communications tech in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence the technology roadmap and work with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to a high-profile, innovation-driven platform in London.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy Zoom cloud (UCaaS) telephony and video systems
  • Configure and troubleshoot NICE CXOne Contact Centre
  • Coordinate and deploy video conference systems; analyze logs and traces
  • Collaborate with Security, Network, and Systems teams on voice/video infra
  • Provide third-level support and training to IT staff; liaise with customers and vendors
  • Operate with ServiceNow for tickets; manage operational and project changes
  • Develop capacity plans for network, Expressways, bandwidth, and security
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps and project budgets; lead work packages
  • Participate in client discussions and project delivery phases
  • Support monitoring, planning, and upgrade of network and security platforms
Key requirements
  • Cisco CCIE (Collaboration)
  • Strong LAN/WAN understanding (QoS, DNS, DHCP, firewall)
  • Operational experience with Cisco UCM, UCCX, Expressway, WebEx
  • Cloud telephony and contact centre experience
  • Experience with Zoom phone/video provisioning and UCaaS
  • Experience with NICE CXOne; ServiceNow familiarity
  • Networking protocols knowledge (TCP/IP; routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, etc.)
  • Telephony/video protocols, SIP, PRI/BRI, multicast
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP (preferred)
  • Ability to work globally and interface with multiple IT teams
  • Capacity planning and vendor liaison skills

  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
