In this role you will support, maintain, and improve the network infrastructure that underpins a market-leading trading platform. You will work within an engineering team to ensure high availability while collaborating with sales and software engineering. You will help scale and automate deployments across globally distributed datacentres to support fast-paced client activity. Responsibilities
  • Respond to infrastructure and network inquiries from clients
  • Support customers and resolve server and network issues
  • Improve documentation of support policies and procedures
  • Analyze server failures and implement preventative solutions
  • Automate server deployment
  • Deploy, monitor and maintain globally distributed datacentre infrastructure
Key requirements
  • STEM Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting mission-critical infrastructure
  • Linux experience
  • Routing and switching experience

  • Hardware experience, including setup and maintenance
