Overview

You will join a prestigious luxury brand to own and evolve the IT infrastructure, cloud services, and security. Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, you’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic planning and stakeholder engagement. You’ll lead a small support team, shape the organisation’s infrastructure, and strengthen security across on‑prem and cloud environments. This role offers impact through shaping scalable tech foundations for a heritage-driven business with high-profile clients.

Responsibilities
  • Line manage a small support team
  • Design, implement & manage the organisation's IT infrastructure
  • Implement robust security measures to protect IT infrastructure and cloud services
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to support delivery
Key requirements
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components – networking, LAN/WAN, storage, servers, and data centres
  • Extensive proficiency with Azure cloud platform
  • Knowledge of Mimecast or Darktrace
  • Previous experience in, or an aptitude to manage a team
