As Infrastructure Operations Lead, you will combine hands-on technical mastery with strategic leadership to keep critical systems running in fast-paced live environments. You will act as the linchpin for incident response, guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and mobilising resources to resolve issues swiftly. Your technical vision will shape how we manage Linux-based infrastructure, containers, and microservices to sustain performance at scale. This role offers tangible impact by enabling digital transformation projects that serve millions nationwide. You will work with urgency and authority to anticipate problems and drive effective solutions.

Responsibilities
  • lead incident management and restoration efforts in live environments
  • coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Allocate and escalate resources to address incidents efficiently
  • provide technical leadership to teams for root-cause analysis and remediation
  • ensure smooth and reliable operational runbook execution
  • identify potential issues before escalation and connect relevant dots for timely resolution
