Lead infrastructure operations in Niagara, Ontario, using asset management, safety expertise, and contract compliance to support Webber’s field and office work. The Operations Manager assists with daily operations, maintenance programs, and approved budgets. This management role supports quality, environmental requirements, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and regulatory compliance. It works with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and Webber business groups. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations and contractual compliance Prepare monthly operations, HSE, and change reports Support incident and near miss investigations Implement governance processes and corrective actions Represent operations in quality-related matters Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience Two to three years of industry experience Asset management or road maintenance knowledge Valid driver’s license with good driving record Professional Engineering license highly desired Apply asset management, safety awareness, and operational coordination skills as Webber supports infrastructure services in Niagara, Ontario.
