Overview

In this role you lead DevOps-driven infrastructure operations for a consulting firm focused on modernising public services. You own live incidents, assess change requests, and evaluate platform impact while guiding a cross-functional team. You will set standards for operations and proactively mitigate issues at scale. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-impact, observable improvements that support public sector transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve live incidents to restore service quickly
  • Review and assess live change requests and their platform impact
  • Set and enforce infrastructure standards and best practices
  • Lead and mentor the delivery team; manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Preempt potential problems and steer resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable DevOps alignment and continuous improvement
