Infrastructure Project Finance Manager

Lead infrastructure project finance advisory at PwC, using financial modeling and market analysis to support complex client engagements.

As a Deals, Real Assets, Manager, you will lead engagements across varied infrastructure asset types. You will develop and review financial models, analyze commercial conditions, and support project financing and funding analyses. The work also includes Canadian market awareness, client relationships, team development, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure and project finance advisory engagements
• Develop and review complex project financing models
• Perform financial, commercial, and market analyses
• Build trusted client relationships across engagements
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials

Requirements:

• Strong finance background with project finance experience
• Infrastructure advisory or investing experience
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis expertise
• Infrastructure experience; sector specialization is an asset
• Strong communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills
