Job requirement

• Candidates must attain a post-secondary degree/diploma, specializing in telecommunications.
• They must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Technical Assistance or Network Management environment within an Optica Transport environment to be considered as an asset for this post.
• Candidates must be able to have PC literate including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – FTP, Telnet, C++, Phyton, TL1 Scripting.
• Candidates must attain the ability to work efficiently and independently in high-stress situations and must have knowledge of Data Analytics and Log parsing into tools to be eligible for this post.
