Infrastructure Storage Compute Analyst

Support enterprise storage and compute infrastructure for FCT in Oakville, using Pure Storage, Cisco UCS, VMware, and Windows Server.

As an Infrastructure Analyst, Storage & Compute Services, you will administer resilient platforms across production, pre-production, and disaster recovery environments. You will monitor platform health, resolve complex incidents, and contribute technical expertise to infrastructure operations. The work also includes project delivery, documentation, operational readiness, and approved improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Pure Storage, Cisco UCS, VMware, and Windows platforms
• Monitor availability, capacity, performance, replication, and backup integration
• Resolve complex infrastructure incidents through established support processes
• Deliver project components through planning, testing, and handover
• Maintain operational documentation, inventories, and recovery instructions

Requirements:

• Five or more years of related infrastructure experience
• Hands-on enterprise storage administration and support experience
• Experience with Pure Storage FlashArray, Purity, and Pure1
• Knowledge of storage area networks and Fibre Channel connectivity
• Relevant technology diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience
