- Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially
- Provide simple actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery
- Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools
- Maximise the development of the team and educate clients to improve performance
- Construction engineering background with strong planning capability across project objectives and broader context
- Proficient written and spoken English with charisma and influence to drive new approaches
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
