Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance & Controller Executive plays a strategic role in ensuring transparent financial practices and compliance across all operations. You'll lead talented finance professionals while enhancing budget management, audits, and continuous improvement plans. Your leadership will directly impact financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all financial operations for InnPower and subsidiaries • Guarantee compliance with IFRS and financial laws • Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes • Spearhead automation and modernization of financial functions • Ensure robust internal control mechanisms are in place
Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting required • CPA credential and over ten years of finance experience • At least five years in a leadership role essential • Knowledge of the Ontario utility landscape beneficial • Experienced in managing audits and financial governance
