Inpatient Coding Revenue Cycle Manager

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Market Manager Revenue Cycle Inpatient Coding to provide strategic oversight of inpatient coding teams, accountable for enterprise KPIs including Discharged Not Final Billed (DNFC) and adherence to AHIMA and AAPC standards.

You will act as a subject matter expert in ICD classifications and reimbursement methodologies, coordinating with CDI, clinical quality, physicians, and patient financial services to ensure accuracy of the inpatient medical record and a
