Institutional Capital Director

To attract strategic capital into the GoMining ecosystem, the full-time Institutional Capital Director will build and grow relationships with institutional investors globally, focusing on capital-raising efforts and managing the entire relationship cycle from initial introductions to closing transactions in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Build and manage GoMining's institutional capital pipeline across key financial markets Originate and develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and asset managers Lead the full capital-raising cycle, including prospecting, presentations, due diligence, and negotiations Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in institutional finance, investment banking, or capital markets Proven experience working directly with institutional investors and sophisticated capital allocators Strong existing network across institutional investors and capital sources Track record of originating and closing significant investment transactions Strong understanding of investment products and institutional due diligence processes
