Institutional Solutions Analyst

In this Analyst role, you support the Institutional Solutions team in London by driving project execution across client solutions, fundraising, and marketing. You will help shape how the firm’s investment strategies are presented to institutional clients and the market. You’ll coordinate inputs from investment, sales, marketing and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely materials. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that offers exposure across investment business areas and strong opportunities to impact fundraising and client communications.

• Support delivery and project management of institutional initiatives across the business
• Create and maintain fund marketing materials, presentations and pitch decks
• Coordinate input from investment, sales, marketing and other internal teams
• Manage and maintain information across CRM systems
• Support institutional fundraising and client-related projects
• Ensure materials, data and messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time

• Analyst-level experience within asset management, investment management, private markets or similar financial-services environment
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Exposure to fund marketing collateral, investor materials or institutional client content
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills
• Proactive, hands-on, can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• 1-3 years of experience
• Experience across Investor Relations, Institutional Sales Support, Client Solutions, Product, Fund Marketing or Capital Formation considered
