Instrument Reference Data – Service Delivery Manager - Senior Associate

As Senior Associate, you help shape trusted instrument data delivery across regions and lines of business. You will govern engagement with subscribers, serve as regional liaison, and lead long-term rollout initiatives for measurable outcomes. Working with IRD Operations and Product, you’ll tackle complex challenges, manage end-to-end projects, and ensure quality and timeliness while building strong stakeholder relationships. This role sits at the crossroads of governance, product, and operations to advance a global reference data platform.

• Shape and evolve the Global operating model for instrument data services across regions
• Act as trusted regional point of contact with IRD and LOBs to enhance client experience
• Drive operational excellence through timely execution, proactive stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution
• Chair and represent EMEA governance forums on product, operations, technology change, and processes
• Lead strategic Product and Operations initiatives to improve productivity, simplify processes, and drive automation
• Contribute to the annual productivity agenda with efficiency and value creation
• Deliver insight-led analysis for high-impact projects shaping the global reference data platform
• Partner with IRD Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver integrated outcomes
• Own the end-to-end governance agenda for supported businesses
• Establish transparency, accountability, and service quality in governance practices

• Experience in Financial Services in Project Management / Relationship Management / Service Delivery / Data Management
• Proven track record managing senior stakeholders across diverse functions
• Strong analytical skills with data collation, analysis, and presentation experience
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in a global, virtual environment
• Strategic mindset with understanding of data, technology, and risk and control landscape
• Ability to navigate complex issues across global cross-business teams
• Proactive, delivery-focused, able to get things done
• Domain knowledge of financial products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
• Self-starter who thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
