Insurance Block Transfer Specialist

Manage advisor block transfers at Hub Financial using WealthServ, accurate documentation, and strong carrier relationships. Support timely servicing and commission changes.

As a Transfer Specialist, you will manage advisor block transfers and Reassignments for Hub Financial, a division of HUB International. You will help ensure client policies reflect accurate servicing and commissionable broker changes. The work combines transfer documentation, broker records, carrier follow-up, investigations, and project participation. Experience in financial services, insurance, or MGA operations is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process advisor Buy/Sell agreements for block transfers and Reassignments
• Prepare and submit transfer forms to brokers and insurance companies
• Maintain accurate broker and transfer records in WealthServ
• Follow up with carriers on required processing timelines
• Investigate transfers and resolve discrepancies as they arise

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and online meeting platform knowledge
• APEXA, WealthServ, contracting, or block transfer experience is an asset
