Insurance Claims Risk Advisor

Coordinate insurance claims and risk requirements with Graham in a hybrid Corporate Services role supporting project teams across the region. Apply construction insurance knowledge while managing complex files.

Graham seeks an Insurance Claims and Risk Advisor reporting to the Insurance Risk Manager. You will administer claims, coordinate insurance and surety programs, and guide internal stakeholders on requirements and resolution. The position requires collaboration with brokers, insurers, adjusters, legal counsel, and project teams throughout claims and renewal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer claims from first notice through resolution and closure
• Coordinate communications among project teams, brokers, insurers, and adjusters
• Review incidents, coverage considerations, deductibles, and escalation requirements
• Maintain claim documentation, records, milestones, reserves, and recoveries
• Coordinate certificates, bonds, renewals, and insurance submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in insurance, risk management, or related field
• Three to five years of insurance, claims, or risk experience
• Prior claims management with insurers and brokers required
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
• Hybrid schedule requires three to four office days weekly

Support Graham’s project teams through claims administration, insurance coordination, risk guidance, and detailed stakeholder communication.
