Insurance Performance Reporting Analyst

Shape executive performance reporting for Commercial Insurance with Tableau, GCP BigQuery, and strong stakeholder management in a hybrid Definity environment.

As an Operations Analyst, you will deliver strategic analysis supporting informed decisions and business performance. You will report weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights, monitor production against budgets and forecasts, and identify performance drivers. Your work supports leadership teams and reporting for senior management, the Board of Directors, investors, regulators, and auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights
• Prepare executive-level reporting for senior leadership and external stakeholders
• Identify trends, risks, and performance variances
• Support operational initiatives across regions, segments, and business lines
• Use data to support planning and operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• University degree in Math, Statistics, Applied Science, Business, or related program
• Experience using Tableau for dashboards and trend identification
• Prior work experience with GCP BigQuery
• Advanced Excel and PowerQuery skills
• Ability to inform management and stakeholder decisions with data
