Insurance Pricing Performance Analyst

Build pricing models with Excel, SQL, and Python as Redion’s Analyst in Toronto, using a hybrid work environment with close collaboration.

This hands-on individual-contributor role supports Redion Canada’s travel insurance portfolio. You will analyze claims and exposure data, monitor profitability, and prepare materials for tenders, renewals, and new business. The position also supports underwriting governance, technical forecasting, and partner profitability management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Excel pricing, profitability, and financial models
• Prepare commercial proposal and presentation materials
• Monitor loss ratios, trends, exposure, and renewals
• Use SQL and Python to investigate performance drivers
• Develop forecasts and explain material variances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Advanced Excel modelling capabilities
• Hands-on SQL or Python data analysis experience
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills
• Two-plus years in a quantitative business role
