Insurance Program Analyst

To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time remote Insurance Program Analyst will analyze and optimize insurance program performance, turn data into actionable insights, and leverage technology and AI to enhance business strategies. Key responsibilities Analyze insurance product and portfolio performance to identify trends and support strategic initiatives Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to provide insights on product performance and operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in analytics, insurance, underwriting, or a related role within the property insurance industry Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, preferably Sigma Understanding of insurance product principles and factors influencing performance Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive solutions from problem identification to execution Curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI and emerging technology in analytical processes
