Description de l'emploi Vous avez une expérience en Intégrateur en Installation Systèmes, vous avez travaillé en aéronautique et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le Programme d'avions commerciaux A220 est à la recherche d'un Professionnel en Intégration de Structures pour rejoindre notre Centre de Compétences basé à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez avec une équipe multifonctionnelle incluant l'Ingénierie en Chef, les Programmes, les Méthodes, la Production, le Service Clientèle, la Qualité, etc. Vous ferez partie du Centre de Compétences en Intégrateur en Installation Systèmes, responsable de : La Définition et la Conception Avancée des Interfaces de Structures; La Direction du Développement d'Ingénierie par l'innovation technique; La Collaboration Transversale. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie pour promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, le soutien mutuel et l'apprentissage collectif. Votre rôle en tant que Professionnel en Intégrateur en Installation Systèmes consistera à contribuer aux projets d'ingénierie grâce à une expertise technique approfondie dans la conception de structures d'aéronefs et l'intégration de systèmes, à assurer le respect des délais, du budget et de la qualité dans un environnement complexe et multidisciplinaire axé sur le développement de produits tourné vers l'avenir. Vos défis :
- Define and perform the design, development, qualification, and certification efforts for new airframe structures and system installations for future A220 derivatives or major program enhancements;
- Contribute to major engineering development projects, delivering results within defined time, budget and quality standards;
- Drive technical definition and trade‑off studies for structural and system solutions to meet ambitious performance targets;
- Define and execute cutting‑edge technical solutions to resolve development issues;
- Participate in design reviews with system suppliers and certification authorities to meet new aircraft design requirements and objectives;
- Liaise with other commercial aircraft program functions and disciplines to provide and collect required data to advance initial design, development and certification efforts;
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, customer support, program office, procurement and product planning;
- Define, generate and maintain structural analysis reports, interface control documents, and high‑quality system installation CAD models.
Votre carte d'embarquement :
- Technical Foundation & Experience Education: Formal education (University degree or technologist level) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive, relevant experience in aerospace design, specializing in complex airframe structures and system integration within a development program environment.
- Core Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of aircraft structures and their interfaces with integrated systems, covering: Detail design (sheet metal, machined parts, piping, component assembly).
- Design principles.
- Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Serviceability Mechanical drafting procedures and standards.
- Digital Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in CATIA V5 and product lifecycle management tools (e.g., ENOVIA).
- Composite knowledge is considered a strong asset.
Leadership & Project Management :
- Project Leadership: Autonomous and strong understanding of project management principles and drivers.
- Stakeholder Integration: Proven ability to effectively coordinate and integrate design activities across diverse internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, production, etc.).
- Autonomy & Commitment: A high sense of commitment, willingness to accept responsibilities, and the ability to act independently and collaborate effectively with partners and suppliers.
Communication & Mindset :
- Mindset: Curious, highly energetic, and strongly oriented towards continuous improvement and process digitalization.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for meeting desired results in a high‑pressure, multidisciplinary working environment.
Language :
- Knowledge of French and English language (written and spoken) is considered a strong asset for collaboration within Airbus Canada.
