Robert Half are working with a rapidly growing organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in AWS, cloud integration and event-driven architecture. The organisation is actively embracing AI and agentic services, primarily within AWS, with some GCP involvement. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing a cloud-native middleware platform, building robust system-to-system integrations across a growing technology estate.
Key Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Excellent TypeScript / Node.js and/or Python development experience Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, EventBridge and CloudWatch Practical knowledge of event-driven architecture Experience building scalable, serverless applications Strong API and enterprise/system integration experience Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or AWS CDK Experience with RDS or DynamoDB Knowledge of CI/CD, Git-based workflows and DevOps practices Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch Exposure to unit and integration testing Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
