Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.

The Role:

Lead cross-functional vehicle and system integration activities across electrical, electronic, software and hardware domains. The role requires a practical technical leader who can coordinate interfaces, builds, releases, validation readiness and issue resolution across engineering teams and suppliers.

Area of Responsibility

• Define and maintain system and vehicle integration strategies, plans and maturity criteria.
• Coordinate architecture, systems, software, hardware, diagnostics, release and validation teams.
• Identify and manage technical interfaces, dependencies, assumptions and integration risks.
• Establish RASICs, issue triage processes, escalation routes and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate builds, software availability, configurations and test entry criteria.
• Lead cross-domain issue investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Align integration activity with programme milestones and engineering gateways.
• Maintain integration dashboards, dependency trackers and recovery plans.
• Coordinate customer, supplier and internal technical stakeholders.
