Integration Engineer

Contract Duration: 03 Months

Location: Hybrid; Toronto, Canada

Pay Rate Range: $65 - $75/hr. CAD

Job Summary

Overview: Hiring a seasoned Integration Engineer with deep expertise in both Boomi and Workato, focused primarily on payroll and HR application integrations. The role requires 3–5 years with Boomi and 2+ years with Workato, plus comfort using AI-driven tools like Workato Genie and MCP servers to build modern integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain integration recipes/solutions on Boomi and Workato
• Architect scalable, enterprise-grade integrations across systems
• Build AI-powered workflows using Workato Genie and MCP servers
• Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) for automated data extraction
• Integrate business apps (Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Zuora, Docebo) via Boomi
• Document processes and collaborate with business stakeholders

Required Skills

• 3+ years hands-on Boomi; 4–6 years integrating business apps via Boomi
• 2+ years Workato platform experience
• Experience with B2B, QTC, SCM processes
• Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Billing (Zuora), Finance (Oracle Fusion ERP), LMS (Docebo), HCM (Workday)
• 1–3 years SQL & PL/SQL
• 4+ years production support experience
• 1–2 years SFTP/HTTP integration experience
• Track record of enterprise-scale integration delivery
