Overview
In this role you drive the integration workstream for a major HR and duties transformation, linking Oracle Fusion and Crown DMS as the system of record. You partner with architecture, delivery, and governance teams to design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise-scale integrations. You review third-party designs, engage stakeholders, and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality, operable interfaces. This is a high-impact position in a governed programme environment that values clear documentation and operational readiness.
Responsibilities- Own the integration workstream across architecture, design, implementation, testing and deployment
- Provide technical leadership on interface architecture and design assurance
- Review and challenge third-party technical designs
- Engage stakeholders and manage suppliers to ensure delivery quality
- Support testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
- Document solutions and maintain clear communication across teams
- NPPV3 Clearance
- Proven experience as Interface/Integration Engineer or similar
- Strong background in enterprise-scale integrations
- Experience with API-led integrations and middleware-based solutions
- Ability to work in complex, business-critical environments
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience with testing, deployment, and operational readiness
