Role: Integration Lead
Location: Calgary, AB Hybrid
Mode: Contract


Key Responsibilities:


Role Purpose: Own integration design and delivery across enterprise systems and platforms.


Experience:


10 15+ years in enterprise integration with experience leading integration teams.


Core Responsibilities:



  • Define integration patterns, data contracts, and governance standards.

  • Lead delivery of system to system and event driven integrations.

  • Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure reliable end to end data flows.

  • Ensure monitoring, error handling, and resilience across integrations.

  • Mentor integration engineers and review implementation quality.


Required Skills:



  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies including Kafka, APIs, and middleware platforms.

  • Understanding of SAP and other enterprise system integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of integration architectures, APIs, and messaging technologies.

  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.


Success Metrics (KPIs):



  • Integration stability, reduced failures, successful end to end testing.
