Overview
In this role you drive the Nutmeg integration, coordinating nexfibre’s contribution within the CombinedCo plan and ensuring timely delivery. You’ll align cross-functional teams, governance bodies, and stakeholders (VMO2, Nutmeg, shareholders) to realise the integration targets and manage related costs. You’ll lead governance, reporting, and decision support to sustain progress and delivery quality. This is a leadership-filled, strategic programme role at a dynamic, growth-focused telecoms innovator.

- Lead the nexfibre activity for the integration plan across pods, IMO and governance bodies
- Oversee stakeholder engagement with VMO2, Nutmeg and shareholders
- Define metrics and tracking to ensure plan delivery and cost tracking
- Lead integration reporting to SLT and shareholder forums
- Coordinate nexfibre governance participation and decision support
- Build and guide the integration team, aligning with commercial, technical, and financial units
- Ensure alignment and interdependencies with nexfibre functional areas and governance
- Monitor integration costs and business impact; coordinate with Finance on capex/opex splits
- Manage delivery risks and deviations, reporting to management and impacted units
- Drive strategic programme leadership and innovative IT architecture improvements
- Facilitate detailed planning for areas funded by nexfibre and those impacting the Business Plan
- Track Nutmeg execution and provide updates on status and targets
- Ensure timely decision-making and governance support for the integration
- FTTH and telecoms know-how with leadership experience
- senior technology role in telecommunications/wholesale
- transformation or M&A integration experience, including fixed networks
