Overview

As an Integration Specialist at CloudPay, you will drive the delivery of HR and payroll integrations with client-facing interaction and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll learn CloudPay’s integration platforms, guide kickoff calls, and ensure successful go-lives by coordinating integration, reporting, and payslip deliverables. You help analyze test results, support production transitions, and contribute to the development of new integration capabilities. This role offers hands-on exposure to leading HR systems and a chance to grow in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage integration kickoff calls with clients to explain CloudPay’s integration tech, configuration, testing, and go-live approaches
  • Deliver successful integration projects and communicate progress to clients and internal teams
  • Provide analysis and guidance on architectures, integration processes, and test results during implementation of new integrations for payroll entities using connectors (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, XML)
  • Coordinate Cloudpay Now implementation deliverables (integration, reports, payslips) to meet project scope and go-live readiness
  • Assist with detailed analysis and interpretation of integration test results during Scenario and Parallel testing before client sign-off
  • Manage client go-live approvals and support a smooth transition to production with a defined hypercare period
  • Serve as second-level expert support for live interfaces and operational teams
  • Contribute to testing and development of new CloudPay products and systems in collaboration with QA and deployment teams
Key requirements
  • Integration or Implementation project experience delivering HR & Payroll integrations
  • Client-facing experience handling inquiries and managing expectations to ensure project success
  • Strong time management, administration, attention to detail, and proactiveness
  • Experience with HR/Payroll integration systems at user or project level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project tools like Monday.com (desirable)
  • Ability to prioritize client integration needs and meet project deadlines
